Contact Dog Supplement Report

Whether you are a reader, a source, a researcher, or the subject of our coverage, this page tells you how to reach us — and how to reach us safely.

General Inquiries

For general questions, feedback, story ideas, or anything that does not fit another category:

hello@dogsupplementreport.com

We aim to respond within three business days.

News Tips

Our best reporting starts with tips — from consumers who noticed something wrong, industry insiders, veterinary professionals, and researchers. If you have information about misleading labels, false claims, testing irregularities, or industry practices that deserve scrutiny, we want to hear from you.

Email hello@dogsupplementreport.com with the subject line “Tip.” What to include:

  • What you know, and how you know it
  • Any documents, photos, or records that support it (do not send originals you cannot replace)
  • Whether you are willing to be identified or need confidentiality

On confidentiality: We protect our sources. If you require confidentiality, say so at the outset, and we will agree on terms before you share sensitive material. We will not reveal a confidential source’s identity voluntarily. Be aware that email is not a fully secure channel; if your situation is sensitive, say so in your first message and we can arrange a more secure method of communication.

Corrections

If you believe a factual statement in our reporting is wrong, email hello@dogsupplementreport.com with the subject line “Correction Request,” including the story URL, the passage in question, and supporting documentation. Correction requests — including from story subjects — are reviewed impartially under our Corrections Policy and acknowledged within two business days.

For Story Subjects and Their Representatives

Companies and individuals who are the subject of our coverage, or their legal and PR representatives, should use hello@dogsupplementreport.com with the subject line “Story Response.” We provide subjects a fair opportunity to respond before publication, and material responses are published. Note that our editorial decisions are final; the response channel is for facts and comment, not negotiation.

Press and Partnerships

For press inquiries, republication requests, or partnerships, email hello@dogsupplementreport.com with the subject line “Press” or “Partnership.” Coverage is never for sale — see our Disclosure.

What Not to Send

Do not use this channel for animal medical emergencies — contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately. This site is journalism, not veterinary advice; see our Medical Disclaimer.

Response Times

  • Correction requests: acknowledged within 2 business days
  • Tips and general inquiries: within 3 business days
